I have a dog who frequently had accidents and I was looking for a quick, easy solution rather than letting the stains set and renting an upright carpet cleaner every few weeks. Then I saw a commercial for SpotBot and decided to give it a try.

I was hesitant to buy my Spotbot because I thought $130 was too expensive for a carpet cleaning tool, but after cleaning just a few stains I it seemed like a bargain.

I use mine mostly on pet stains and it’s worked great every time. Also tried it on other stains and was equally impressed.

Like other reviewers I find it necessary to use the hose attachment to suck up excess water and get rid of the carpet circles the machine leaves behind.

Though the machine is noisy while in operation it works quickly with 3 and 6 minute cycles, and the beep to let you know it’s done is quite handy, allowing one to press a few buttons, walk away and return to a clean carpet.

Family members have borrowed mine and I would recommend this product to anyone, especially to a pet owner. It’s so easy to use my 4 year old nephew can operate it on his own, and enjoys doing so.
