This microwave cooks great. The convection function is easy to use. With the push of just a couple of buttons, you can set it up to convection cook a meal. I know people who even bake in this oven. I have not attempted to bake in it yet. We use it everyday for its microwave function, about once a week for its convection function. Unfortunately, there are several design problems. The turn table is made of metal and when it gets misaligned it rubs the walls of the microwave and burns holes in it. A friend of mine also has this microwave and has the same difficulty. Both of us have had to have our microwaves replaced via warranty replacement. They seemed aware of this problem. When they asked me to send in a photo of the damage I said, “I am not sure how it will photograph.” They replied, “it usually comes out pretty good,” as if to say, we get these photos all the time. It looks like, from the photos, that they have changed to another material. It would be nice to have a tray that is glass, it would work with the convection and with the microwave.

Another problem is the size of the buttons. The buttons are too small (all of the buttons are about the same size and have tiny lettering). Some of the buttons are black with silver writing and some are silver with black writing. None of the writing is big enough to see upon a causal glance.

Another issue I have is that the microwave beeps only once when it completes cooking. There is no reminder beep. I guess I am used to my GE microwave that beeps every minute or so once the cooking has completed. Maybe this is not an issue for other people. But it only beeps once when used as a timer. There is no way to change this setting. The only option is to turn OFF the beep.
