I bought this product so I could clean up my dogs’ messes without spending all day cleaning them, especially in the mornings. I have 4 dogs, so they do make messes! It worked great the first couple of times, but I wasn’t trying to clean up a large mess either. It is a nice product if it’s just a small mess, or if you are cleaning up urine. But if it’s a big stain, it doesn’t work so well. It seems to leave a big ring around where it has cleaned. Plus if the stain goes to the edge of the ring, you have to move the SpotBot and clean again. Sometimes, I would have to clean the spot 2 - 3 times to get the stain out, even though it was supposed to “detect” that the stain wasn’t clean. Then I would have to move it around and clean again, which used a LOT of solution. And of course, the solution isn’t cheap. But of course, when it was finally done, the spot was clean! Just took a bit to get there. And it isn’t quiet either. You will definitely hear this one!

For the amount of money it cost to buy this machine, I was not impressed at all with it. For the amount of time it took, and the amount of solution that was involved in cleaning up the spots, I didn’t think it was worth it. I took it back to the store. I was going to get something else that would actually clean the first time around. It was easy, but it didn’t seem to be worth the cost. So save your money if you are looking for something quick. You might have to do a little bit of work with the others, but it will be worth it in the long run.
