We replaced ALL of our kitchen appliances with stainless steel LG Brand Products. We purchased these appliances at Best Buy and absolutely received the best service from their staff. I was excited to get my new appliances only to be annoyed. Our over the range microwave will not heat up or cook anything. We looked through the installation guide and made sure it was properly installed. Installing this Microwave was difficult for only one person but easy with two. I then went through the troubleshooting and double checked everything before calling the LG service department. I called LG Service and they were a disappointment. He simply asked me if the light works and if the turntable works and then told me there was nothing he could do for me and gave me two numbers to call to get service. I wondered why as a customer, am I having to call a contracted service to fix a two week old product that NEVER worked since we installed it…. I really didn’t research a microwave because at first we only went to purchase a range. We walked out with a range, refrigerator, dishwasher and this microwave. I am truely disappointed with LG.
